The parts department in the lower level of the store is outstanding and the people behind the service counter absolutely know their stuff.

I find that they have a great selection of hard to find parts and decent prices. I have a big problem with a 2 week no refund only store credit return policy. I think a refund opt...

Good pricing and excellent customer service 1/28/2011

I have been purchasing from this midtown NYC store for many years and they never disappoint. The usually have everything in stock with substitute products that are equally as good as the original OEM products. The manager, Joey takes a personal interest in making sure that I am well taken care of. He is good at building long standing relationships with customers that I think leads to a lot of repeat business for him. The store is organized and laid out well and it is easy to find what you are looking for. I would highly recommend this store and it's staff to anyone that wants good pricing and excellent customer service.? more

DataVision customer for 12 years 1/20/2011

I'm datavision customer for 12 years, Buying from PC. Notebooks ,Audio Video equipemeent. All I can say is that I'm very pleased with customer service, equipements. I get more what any other store can provide on helping shoosing the product that fit my projects. the product are very compettive prices and high ends that its hard to get on known big chaine electronics stores. Even if the store that not carry the particular item, they ordered and call me to come pick up. Other electronics chaine should take Datavision as example on how to handle and create and mange good customer relation. I feel I have all firends over there.? more

Very Satisfied 12/14/2010

Our corporate account has been with DataVision with 13yrs and they have always come through. Our last minute requests have been met with urgency. Joey has been the driving force for us to keep coming back to DataVision and making it all happen. Even though other vendors were backordered for a month, Joey will make every effort to deliver it next day. We look forward doing business with them for a long foreseeable future.? more

Good store lousy return policy 11/15/2010

I find that they have a great selection of hard to find parts and decent prices. I have a big problem with a 2 week no refund only store credit return policy. I think a refund option would make it more win win. After all..they want to hold on to your money even if there is nothing you really need. It's a bit predatory. more

THERES ALWAYS GREAT AND HELPFUL STAFF ALL AROUND THE STORE WILLING TO ASSIST AND GIVE ADVICE. I LOVE THIS STORE FROM THE WELCOMING AT THE DOOR TO THE HAVE A NICE DAY AT THE REGISTERS. Best prices anywhere! 11/8/2010

When ever I need anything regarding computers, electronics this is the only place I go! Set up a business account and they will waive the taxes! Ask for Joey Suede and he will always take care of you - Tell him Alex sent you... I have been buying all my Mac computers and accessories here for nearly 10 years because they have the best prices and the best selection! Always in stock! I don't go anywhere else not even on the internet because I save money in shipping! I highly recommend this store with it's great staff! Great customer service and great prices 10/12/2010

WENT TO DATAVISION AND BOUGHT A LAPTOP AND WITHIN A WEEK HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE LAPTOP AND THEY TOKE IT BACK AND EXCHANGED IT FOR A NEW ONE WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED.BEFORE I LEFT THEY SENT ME TO THE TECH TO CHECK THE NEW ONE.I LEFT VERY HAPPY.WILL RECOMEND AND TELL EVERYONE ABOUT THEM.GOOD JOB DATAVISION? more

tech support great job. 10/4/2010

i had a computer virus on my computer over the weekend and toke my laptop to datavisions tech dept. they fixed it and i was out within 24 hours with laptop ready for mondays presentation.... tech support great job. more
