This company it's a joke!! they have my drive for over 6 weeks and they didn't no recovered any data, finally I got my drive back took it to another local place I got my data within 3 days, I have to pay more because Data Tech lab contaminated my drive, and they claim they have a clean room, they must open the drive in the bathroom - Be aware do not use this company it a joke. more

Data tech's generosity and skills will touch lives beyond me! I am a Hospice Social Worker and a avid researcher and resource collector. I have been saving educational literature and community resource information to share with my terminally Ill patients and their families for the past 5 years on my memory stick. Recently, I accidentally damaged my memory stick and would have lost information that may contribute to the quality of life to my current patients as well as future patients. Without the generosity of the Data Tech lab, repairing my memory stick would have been beyond my financial means. The service was efficient and empathetic! DataTech saved me when I needed it most! 10/22/2010

My external hard drive failed with all my family photos. My buddy is an IT professional and looked at my hard drive to see if he could recover the data. He quickly referred me to DataTech labs. My my family photos and business information was quickly returned on a new hard drive. Great customer service. Couldn't be happier! more

A Renewed Experience 2/23/2010

Previously I didn't have very appreciable things to say about the company.. but I have to say, that they've made up for it! The company is dedicated to satisfying it's customers.. I believe that to be the core of the company. They have some very dedicated individuals who will go out of their way to do what is right. Initially it was a bit frustrating because I thought I was speaking to the wrong individual who lacked the technical expertise or decision making abilities and only acted as a conduit for communication to flow between me and the technical guys.. that resulted in frustrations on both ends.. .. but they very quickly corrected the issue before it could become a problem and from there on it was smooth sailing. Since then, I found them to be more trustworthy and they have been extremely good at communication and on more than one occasion, have proven themselves to be a very dedicated company that takes their customers seriously.. even if it meant dipping into their own pockets to fix a wrong. What sets this company apart from the rest is their character and professionalism in making a wrong right for the sake of their customers.. ..by this they have really gained my appreciation and respect for them.
