Previously I didn't have very appreciable things to say about the company.. but I have to say, that they've made up for it! The company is dedicated to satisfying it's customers.. I believe that to be the core of the company. They have some very dedicated individuals who will go out of their way to do what is right. Initially it was a bit frustrating because I thought I was speaking to the wrong individual who lacked the technical expertise or decision making abilities and only acted as a conduit for communication to flow between me and the technical guys.. that resulted in frustrations on both ends.. .. but they very quickly corrected the issue before it could become a problem and from there on it was smooth sailing. Since then, I found them to be more trustworthy and they have been extremely good at communication and on more than one occasion, have proven themselves to be a very dedicated company that takes their customers seriously.. even if it meant dipping into their own pockets to fix a wrong. What sets this company apart from the rest is their character and professionalism in making a wrong right for the sake of their customers.. ..by this they have really gained my appreciation and respect for them.
