Two month ago I experienced a major hard drive failure. The financial data that was in jeopardy was crucial to our operations here. I was referred to Data Retrieval through a friend and I can tell you with the utmost certainty the professionalism and understanding exhibited by this company was incredible. They put my mind at ease right from the start. I am thrilled to say that through their expertise they were able to recover all the data in question in a very timely and cost effective manner. I am a single mother of two young children, and I do accounting work from home. I panicked when my drive wasn’t recognized, and didn’t know what to do at first. Fortunately, I remembered that I had signed up for a free diagnostic service plan so I have DataRetrieval a call, and they said they’d come over and have a look right away, as one of their technicians has just come back from an early lunch. God bless you guys, you saved my clients’ important data. It would have taken me at least 2 weeks to do it all over again if you hadn’t recovered my files for me. more

DataRetrieval deserves 100% its reputation as the leader is data retrieval. I doubt there are any companies that can work as fast or do as good a job. Outstanding job they did!! Totally outstanding! more

I am so happy that these guys were able to extract my files. When I called them on the phone I was in a panic because I knew I couldn’t lose these files and the hard drive wouldn’t work. I brought my computer in and within a few minutes they knew exactly what was wrong with my computer. They worked hard to extract all of my files and I can’t thank them enough. more
