I am a single mother of two young children, and I do accounting work from home. I panicked when my drive wasn’t recognized, and didn’t know what to do at first. Fortunately, I remembered that I had signed up for a free diagnostic service plan so I have DataRetrieval a call, and they said they’d come over and have a look right away, as one of their technicians has just come back from an early lunch. God bless you guys, you saved my clients’ important data. It would have taken me at least 2 weeks to do it all over again if you hadn’t recovered my files for me.
