Dartmouth Medical Ctr

My 17 year old son was very excited he got a new job, he had to have a drug test done for the new employer. They refered us to Dartmouth Medical. The day before the test was Labor day, so i called to get the hours of operation 8am-4:30 pm. So the next day i leave work at 3:00 and get to the Dartmouth medical center to be told it takes and hour for the test and can't do it today. The next day my Mother brings my son and they asked for an ID from a minor??? Again back home with no test done. So my son had to wait another week to start work. On Saturday i had to go back third time, to be asked for ID again. I said he is a minor I am his Father i'm all the ID you need!!! The office staff is rude, curt, not professional at all. They speak down to people. If i spoke like that at my job i would be FIRED!!!!! more

The only redeeming factor in this practice was their Nurse Practitioner. The reception is rude and uncaring. There is no follow up for results. Phones are rarely answered. If you are interested in your health do not go to this clinic Pros: Nurse Practitioner Cons: No patient follow up, rude staff that take the ""care"" out of health care more

Dr. Wayne Christiansen, after a very long day with several patients before me with similar symptoms, treated me as if I were the only patient he had seen that day. He was kind, caring and attentive.The medications he ordered have me feeling better in 24 hours. My first visit to that clinic, and it won't be my last. I wholly recommend them. more
