My 17 year old son was very excited he got a new job, he had to have a drug test done for the new employer. They refered us to Dartmouth Medical. The day before the test was Labor day, so i called to get the hours of operation 8am-4:30 pm. So the next day i leave work at 3:00 and get to the Dartmouth medical center to be told it takes and hour for the test and can't do it today. The next day my Mother brings my son and they asked for an ID from a minor??? Again back home with no test done. So my son had to wait another week to start work. On Saturday i had to go back third time, to be asked for ID again. I said he is a minor I am his Father i'm all the ID you need!!! The office staff is rude, curt, not professional at all. They speak down to people. If i spoke like that at my job i would be FIRED!!!!!
