These people are the masters of slum lords.They really sell you by their beautiful fancy office and service in pursuit of renting. I couldn't stand living at their property or even dealing with them as a company for more than a year. I bought into the affordable housing only to live in a neighborhood filled with crazy who are physically fighting in the parking lot having the cops called almost daily. I had a plumbing emergency and my entire floors were flooded. I had wait overnight for their 24hr plumber and the whole complex was out of water the entire time. There was no follow up. I had to clean the whole mess up myself and after calling multiple times they sent a company out to extract the waterout of the carpets. Than when I complained of a mildew smell they said that was normal and sent no one out to inspect a health hazard. Upon moving out I cleaned that place spick and span. Just so happens as ""coincidence"" they claimed damages to property equaling exact amount of deposit. These people are careless and super greedy. I'll never ever do any business with them again. BEWARE DON'T BUT INTO THEIR CHEAP RATES MONEY REALLY DOES MATTER. GO WITH A REAL REAL ESTATE AGENCY. more

Stay away from this company! We were tenants for one year and were not very happy with the house. We are thankful we had a home however. The house was uncomfortable especially in the summer due to inadequate attic insulation and horrible windows that when CLOSED allowed our curtains to move when the wind blew outside. It also appeared that the previous tenants had a plumbing disaster that flooded the kitchen. Dapore replaced the plumbing by running new pvc flex tubing through the attic which resulted in hot water rather than cold water. Since they had not replaced the cabinets there was mold in them. When our lease renewal came they wanted to raise rent and we decided it was time to leave. They put the house on the market and lowered the rent to less than what we were already paying.\r The kicker came when we were in the last week there we called to ask about carpet cleaning since we were told that they looked good (because we own a carpet cleaner and had cleaned their carpets three times while we lived there). We asked them three times if we needed to get a professional cleaner and they said ""no"", then we get the deposit return in the mail and they charged us anyway. They also charged for lawn service after I had already mowed the lawn before moving out. They also withheld rent after leading us to believe they had already had a tenant to replace us. We called and questioned and his response was ""well I could have withheld all your deposit"".\r The house had a nice layout and large rooms, but you can tell the company does not take care of there homes, it's pretty sad that home had so much potential. more

This company ripped me off for my Security Deposit.... I have never in my entire 15yrs of renting homes, apartments, duplexes had my deposit kept. This company stated that I did not clean the carpet and charged me for if, and I have receipts showing I had the carpet cleaned professionally. The Owner of the company threw ""JABS"" at me over the phone when I called him about this issue, rather than try and find out the problem and solve the issue. The home was in ""move in condition"", when I turned in the keys... If the home was ""SO"" dirty, how were they able to have another tenant moving in, ""LESS THAN A WEEK"" after I moved out?!!!!!! I have reported this company to BBB. more
