These people are the masters of slum lords.They really sell you by their beautiful fancy office and service in pursuit of renting. I couldn't stand living at their property or even dealing with them as a company for more than a year. I bought into the affordable housing only to live in a neighborhood filled with crazy who are physically fighting in the parking lot having the cops called almost daily. I had a plumbing emergency and my entire floors were flooded. I had wait overnight for their 24hr plumber and the whole complex was out of water the entire time. There was no follow up. I had to clean the whole mess up myself and after calling multiple times they sent a company out to extract the waterout of the carpets. Than when I complained of a mildew smell they said that was normal and sent no one out to inspect a health hazard. Upon moving out I cleaned that place spick and span. Just so happens as ""coincidence"" they claimed damages to property equaling exact amount of deposit. These people are careless and super greedy. I'll never ever do any business with them again. BEWARE DON'T BUT INTO THEIR CHEAP RATES MONEY REALLY DOES MATTER. GO WITH A REAL REAL ESTATE AGENCY.
