Review content:
This company ripped me off for my Security Deposit.... I have never in my entire 15yrs of renting homes, apartments, duplexes had my deposit kept. This company stated that I did not clean the carpet and charged me for if, and I have receipts showing I had the carpet cleaned professionally. The Owner of the company threw ""JABS"" at me over the phone when I called him about this issue, rather than try and find out the problem and solve the issue. The home was in ""move in condition"", when I turned in the keys... If the home was ""SO"" dirty, how were they able to have another tenant moving in, ""LESS THAN A WEEK"" after I moved out?!!!!!! I have reported this company to BBB.
