Poor Service 2/5/2010

We requested a service call to look at a 30+ year old opener and the tech. commented it might be the circuit board but never verified his suspicions. He added new wires and a new inside button? Two days later the opener malfunctioned and had to be replaced. I complained about the $90.00 service call and was willing to split the cost. The manager said no. A new opener was installed by Overhead Door Co for $75.00 less. more

Fast Service 11/30/2005

One morning last spring, I pushed my garage door opener. I heard a sound that you don't want to hear - a big klunk. The door wouldn't open! I called Dan's Overhead Doors. Explained that my door wouldn't open. They asked me some questions over the phone and we discovered that the problem was that one spring had broken. They were able to come the next day and fix the door. Everyone was very friendly and I was pleased with the quick service. Also they told me how to openthe door manually which was very useful in getting my car out of the garage! more
