We requested a service call to look at a 30+ year old opener and the tech. commented it might be the circuit board but never verified his suspicions. He added new wires and a new inside button? Two days later the opener malfunctioned and had to be replaced. I complained about the $90.00 service call and was willing to split the cost. The manager said no. A new opener was installed by Overhead Door Co for $75.00 less.
