Quick and great service! Called Daniels Plumbing for an emergency and they were able to come out within 3 hours. The technician was very professional and explained in detail to me exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. Very reasonable prices as well. This family-owned and operated plumbing company does things the old fashioned way: they tell you what it will cost, they do the work, and you pay them what they said. They will give you estimates over the phone -- something the more aggressively advertised companies won't do, in order to try to hook you into silly service contracts and additional work. None of those games with Daniels. They sent a man the same day I called, after giving me a cost range over the phone to fix the problem I described. The serviceman was punctual, he did the work, then did another job I asked him to do, then gave me a written estimate for another project I showed him. He was only done when I was happy with things, and charged exactly what he said he would. They are 'keepers' . I will use them from now on. more

The guy that came out, Mike, was really nice but what I really appreciated was that he explained the problem well and gave me a few options with prices. These are my plumbers now. Pros: Great at Explaining the Problems & Open About Prices Cons: never fun to call the plumber more
