They will give you estimates over the phone -- something the more aggressively advertised companies won't do, in order to try to hook you into silly service contracts and additional work. None of those games with Daniels.
They sent a man the same day I called, after giving me a cost range over the phone to fix the problem I described. The serviceman was punctual, he did the work, then did another job I asked him to do, then gave me a written estimate for another project I showed him. He was only done when I was happy with things, and charged exactly what he said he would.
They are 'keepers' . I will use them from now on.
