On his website, Daniel has a video in which he talks about how important it is to him to make his clients feel comfortable. He isn't lying or telling a story - he really means it. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into his office all the way through the entire bankruptcy process. Filing bankruptcy was not exactly something I was excited or proud to do, but he made me feel much better about it and the whole process ran smoothly. He handled my case, a very complicated case with many exhibits, twists, turns, etc with absolutely astonishing capabilities. The 341 meeting (meeting of creditors) for my bankruptcy was terrifying until I sat down with the trustee, Daniel, and Danielle (his amazing legal assistant!). The trustee said ""you have a very good lawyer"" after reviewing all my paperwork. That speaks volumes. There were other people in the hearing that had woefully inadequate representation. Let me first say that I thought filing for bankruptcy was by far the scariest thing in the world. There I was my husband was laid off 40,000 in debt plus the burden of a student loan and we have 2 small children at home. I did my research and after reading so many positive reviews, I decided to meet with Daniel, I was so nervous about the whole bankruptcy process prior to hiring him, but Daniel completely put me at ease and gave me confidence and explained everything I wanted to know in great detail.
