Let me first say that I thought filing for bankruptcy was by far the scariest thing in the world. There I was my husband was laid off 40,000 in debt plus the burden of a student loan and we have 2 small children at home. I felt like the world was closing in. i went to the debt counselors and explored all my options. But it was really unreasonable. Then I Googled bankruptcy attorney's. And there he was the very first name: Daniel Gershburg. I was so afraid to make that first call. But when I heard Daniel's friendly voice I became at ease. He made me see that filing was not ""financial armageddon"". He answered any and every question Quickly and at off hours. He made me feel at ease. He was always honest and held my hand evey step of the way. He was well prepared in court and so was i thanks to a great pre-court prep. I now see that what I should of been scared of was my debt. NOT doing something to making it go away. Now here i sit Debt free thanks to Daniel. I get a new start. And thanks to the counseling classes (which were knowledgeable, quick and easy) I will never be in that scary place again. my advice just call him, he has all the answers.
