I decided to give Dance Togs their third and final chance, figuring the whole 3 strikes you're out rule wouldn't apply. It did. And all I was simply needing was a pair of tights for my daughter's upcoming recital. Outside of their highly priced merchandise, which I have found to be no different than other dance stores I have visited, their customer service is...well, there is none. And that's to be polite. The first time I went in it was about 45 minutes until closing. When we walked in no one greeted us, my daughter and I were followed around, and when I asked for assistance (the lady never offered) I was given such a look of disgust I immediately put up my guard. This, too, was the first time I had been in a dance store. My daughter is 4 and taking tap so I wanted to make sure I knew about the product and that she would be comfortable. The lady was so impatient and soooo unhelpful we eventually walked out. Nothing in hand. This also upset my daughter as she believed she wasn't getting her dance supplies. Needless to say, we will NEVER shop here again. Even with the discount we get from our dance studio, it's not worth it. I would like to say though that THE LEOTARD, 503-284-9244, inside the Lloyd Center is absolutely amazing. The employees there are just so helpful and sweet. They work extremely well with kids and have a lot of patience. They have always answered all my questions and cleared any concerns I may have. Plus, they have, not surprisingly, the same merchandise Dance Togs carries, but very much affordable. I know it's in Portland, but if you're willing to make the 20-30 minute drive....trust me....it's worth every minute in the car.
Pros: Good Selection
Cons: No customer service and what is given is horrible; high prices
