Review content:
I agree with the last poster. The merchandise is fine and the selection is adequate, but the prices are nothing special. Nevertheless, I would be happy shopping there for dance essentials except for the abysmal customer service. Three times I have gone in and cut my visit short, either buying less than I had planned or buying nothing at all, entirely because of the young woman running the store. On two occasions she followed me around, hovering about two feet away, while I browsed the racks. Bad enough -- but she was chewing gum loudly and disgustingly, which was a terrible experience for me. Today I went in again and decided to step up and say something -- when I had chosen my purchases I went to the counter and asked politely if she could not chew gum while ringing up my purchase. She stared me in the face and announced that she chews gum all the time but I was the first person to be that rude to her. Needless to say, I walked out without purchasing anything. Someone should explain to this person that you never argue with someone who is about to give you money!
Pros: Good parking, good selection, average prices.
Cons: Customer service is worse than bad.
