When shopping around for a garage door repair company in Dallas, I do not recommend this company. They are listed under a couple different numbers on Google. The same man answered twice. His name was Keith. When I called a second time at a different number, Keith was extremely rude to me pressuring me to use them and to stop searching for quotes (something any smart business owner would do), fear mongering and bullying me on the phone. As I tried to explain to him that I was trying to get quotes, he continually talked over me and then hung up on me. This was only because he found out I was being smart about my purchase and calling around. I'm SOOOOO VERY glad that this happened and I didn't do business with them. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. If this is how they treat people who were about 90% sure they were going to use them as an increased weekend rate, I can't imagine how they treat people who have questions. As someone who has been in sales and customer service for 30 years, I was appalled at the way I was treated!
