When I'm traveling, I use Dahn yoga & Brain Wave Vibration while sitting in the airport or on the plane. It helps me to relieve anxiety and stress. I keep my Brain Wave Vibration CD with me while I'm traveling and I do the intestinal breathing exercises while I'm sitting in the airport or on the plane. I can do the Brain Wave Vibration while I'm waiting in the airport because you know, when you move your head back and forth, people think you're just loosening up for the trip, but really I'm relaxing and clearing my mind to be more alert for whatever comes with a positive attitude! I usually have very little jetlag once I arrive at my location, but it used to really bad before I used Dahn Yoga & Brain Wave Vibration. I would always have anxiety but now I'm more relaxed and take my time. I'm never in a rush. I think joining Dahn Yoga and learning Brain Wave Vibration has been the best investment and preventative health care that I could have found.
