I'm 64 and at last I found a yoga studio that's not too hard and not too easy. I dread exercise of all sorts but i know it's good for me. Dahn Yoga helped me with my joints, general flexibility and balance. Best of all --somehow when I leave my session I feel so good all the rest of the day. The people at Dahn are warm and friendly. They care about how you are doing and follow your progress and help you work on problem areas. It's more of a healing experience than an exercise workout, although you do get your whole body going. there are many classes each week and you can attend any or all, which makes it very convenient. Some of the classes are beginner oriented, some focus on the intestines, some have a Dahn Mudo component (Korean tai chi) and all have meditation. The Friday classes are called Vibration and you get to dance freestyle. I feel lucky that I discovered Dahn Yoga.
