I have been coming here for one year. I used to just always exercise really hard with weights and running, etc. Through the Dahn classes I have really been able to understand what my body needs and not just what I think it needs. I feel more aware of myself and how to take care of my body. The exercises themselves are very easy but it is the combination of movement, breathing and focus that really helps me to quiet my mind and feel rejuvenated after a hard day in the city!
Pros: staff is very knowledgeable, an oasis in the city!
Cons: parking can be difficult as the center is in downtown boston
