The gentlemen that came out to out home were prompt, courteous and very professional. In addition to having all of the vents in our home cleaned, the dryer duct was cleaned as well. I have noticed a big difference in the time that it takes to dry a load of clothes since the vent was cleaned. Drying time was cut down significantly. I highly recommend this company and we intend to use them in the future as well. more

I contacted Daffy Ducts in search of a second opinion for the dryer vent service. After being given a quote lower than what I had previously gotten from a company that had visited my home, I decided to go with Daffy Ducts. They arrived timely with cameras and laptops in hand. The technicians proceeded to show me the condition of the vent, clearly explaining the work needed to be done and the cost as I looked at the laptop monitor. Moreover, showing me that the work the other company claimed needed to be done, and of course with a the substantial markup in cost, DID NOT need to be done and the damage did not exist at all. Within 30 minutes, Daffy Ducts completed the cleaning service in a very professional manner with one of the technician again explaining to me the cleaning process. The cleaning crew was very professional and knowledgeable. It is GOOD when a company leaves you with an experience of trust, confidence and comfortable in paying for their service. I thought my dryer was broken until the repair man told me that my duct is full of lint. I contacted Daffy Ducts on Monday afternoon and they arrived early Tuesday afternoon just as they promised. The technicians were professional, let me ask all the questions I wanted, and cleand up afterwards. All in all I am very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them for this service. The staff at Daffy ducts are very curteous . They were prompt and cam when they said they would They were able to fix my dryer problem(clean out the dryer ducts) This is the second time I have used them and would definately use them again more

Last year I had Daffy Ducts come to my sisters house while my husband organized for Sears to come to do our own air ducts. My husband suffers badly from allergies to dust etc and the air ducts at our house were in need of a good clean. So... Daffy Ducts came to my sisters house and I was there to let them in. They spent almost 3 hours in the house (it has 4 beds/3 baths), they did a really superb job and even showed me the before and after video footage of the ducts. Matt and his assistant were courteous and friendly and most importantly, hard working! Meanwhile...back at our house, my husband was there to meet the guys from Sears. For want of a better word, they were 'cowboys'. Sears obviously contract their work out to other companies so although you pay a higher price for using Sears, you don't actually get the quality of service you believe you've paid for. The guys were in and out with their big machines in less than an hour. Only 6months before this we had yet another company in our own home to clean our ducts and they were also totally useless, they didn't speak English very well so it was hard to communicate with them and find out what they were doing and they did a shockingly bad job. The result: Less than a year later, we needed to call Daffy Ducts and have them come and clean our ducts PROPERLY! We were lucky to get Matt again and another assistant. They took their time and did a really thorough job. They even discovered that one of our returns had been blocked off (something that the Sears guys didn't bother to look for) and they also discovered a bunch of sheet rock in the ducts (again, something that the guys from Sears had overlooked!) After they left and the mold treatment was finished we came back in the house and my husband could instantly breathe easily. He said it was like breathing fresh pure air and his runny nose and coughing were gone and have not returned! Thanks so much to Daffy Ducts. We will only be using you in the future and we can't reccommend you strongly enough to others. You have changed the quality of life for my husband, we can't thank you enough! So, don't be fooled by Sears and other Air Duct cleaners offering discounts, the only company that will do the job properly is Daffy Ducts! more

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. I called in Daffy Ducts to clean my entire AC unit and duct work. Over the phone, I explained that I needed the condenser coil, evaporator coil and the ducts cleaned. When the technicians arrived, I greeted them in the yard. The told me they were having a rough morning because they "had a bachelor party the night before". When they entered the house, I explained again what I needed done. One technician stepped out at this point to take a personal phone call. While he was out, the first technician began telling my husband and myself about their prior night, from where they ate dinner to "they ended up at the club at 2am and didn't make it home until 4am". The first technician then returned and they then told me they were not certified to clean the evaporator coil, so I would have to call another company and pay another $200-300 more. The technicians went in the crawl space to look around. When they were done, they offered to do what they could on the house. We declined. Out of politeness, I asked if we owed them anything for their services (not that I felt they did anything), and they said, "Well, you can buy us lunch if you want." We chose not to. VERY unprofessional from beginning to end. more

I received a call the night before and they showed up when they said they would. The two technicians did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do, and answering all my questions before, during and after they completed the work of cleaning my ductwork - with two systems on three levels of my home.
