My family and I went to Da Mimmo's believing that the food would be authentic and excellent. However, upon arrival, the waiter seemed less than thrilled to be catering to us and was more infatuated with pouring the bottle of San Pellegrino for the Italians next to us. When asked if he would be bringing bread, he grunted that they had run out for the day, meanwhile the people next to us got a loaf as we were speaking. The waiter later returned with a basket of bread, noting that he ""had to pull some strings"" might I add that the bread was stale, most likely to be used for a stuffing. Not only was our waiter rude and ineffectual, but the other waiters were just as impolite. Also, if you the type of individual who enjoys a singular glass of wine with your meal, this is not the place for you. Wine only comes by the bottle, although you can get a half bottle with the cheapest being $21. If you are expecting a nice quiet meal, Da Mimmo's is not the place. Not only was the food highly over priced, especially considering the portion size, the staff is not the least bit congenial. \r
