D & R Plumbing 11/17/2009

Awful, Awful, Awful! Installed a $3,300 High Efficiency A.O.Smith Water Heater. Had several problems with it shutting down, and was offered "quick fixes" to get it going several times, and after FINALLY replacing the entire motor...refused to come back out because A.O. Smith wasn't paying them to fix it. Finally called a competitor who informed me that D&R wasn't licensed to REPAIR, only INSTALL. Horrible communication by the owner Richard, who never knows who he is talking to despite fully explaining who I am everytime I call. Doesn't call back in a timely manner. I HIGHLY recommend D&R Plumbing, Inc. due to the fact that they called me back immediately, came right out like they promised and gave me a fair price. I was really impressed how friendly, effcient and professional they were. I will definitely call them again if in need of any work and knowing there on hand 24/7 is even better. Pros: They helped me out even though i live in a trailer home. more

D&R - GREAT Service! 7/21/2009

I called D&R for a leak under my sink and they were able to come out that day to fix it! They gave me a time, and even called to follow-up before they came! Damen was courteous, and super-effiicient! Fixed the problem immediately! I felt the price was very reasonable. Hope I won't be needing a plumber any time soon - but D&R will be my 1st call if I do! more

Great Customer Service 6/25/2009

My hot water heater was leaking. I called D and R Plumbing after 5pm. They agreed to come out the following morning. Then around 6pm one of their plumbers came to my house to inspect the problem to make sure they would be ready to work on the hot water heater quickly and efficiently the next morning. Everyone I talked to from D and R Plumibing, either on the phone or the plumber at my home replacing the water heater, explained each step of the process. They were informative, professional and friendly. I will use D and R Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs and I recommend them highly. Pros: Customer Service more

Accommodating Service 5/21/2009

I was in the process of researching and selecting a plumbing business when I saw a D&R plumbing van around town a few times. I was impressed with their motto of "Building Customer Relations". I scheduled an appointment to have a drain unclogged which resulted in a much larger project – tree roots – which I am accustomed to at my house. The team remained on the job well into the evening hours in order to complete the job. They explained the work to me, showed me the results, and kept me abreast of the dollar estimate. Rich, the owner, was involved in the process, also. Mike & his co-worker were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. D&R Plumbing has won yet another valued customer. more

D&R has great customer service and is going the extra mile to help us resolve a problem with our shower caused by the prior contractor. Richard has been great with following up and helping us out; and we greatly appreciate his expertise in plumbing. Pros: Helped us resolve a plumbing issue more
