Awful, Awful, Awful! Installed a $3,300 High Efficiency A.O.Smith Water Heater. Had several problems with it shutting down, and was offered "quick fixes" to get it going several times, and after FINALLY replacing the entire motor...refused to come back out because A.O. Smith wasn't paying them to fix it. Finally called a competitor who informed me that D&R wasn't licensed to REPAIR, only INSTALL. Horrible communication by the owner Richard, who never knows who he is talking to despite fully explaining who I am everytime I call. Doesn't call back in a timely manner. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
