DOLCE SALON & SPA

I love your salon and spa and the staff but was disappointed at my last visit. I had the shellac manicure done and within 1 week the polish was raised and pulling off my nails. I went in as soon as I was able to get it removed and to see what the problem was. It felt terrible on my nails and got caught on everything. The reason I have been getting this done is because it's supposed to last 3 weeks ("without chipping") but should last longer if you don't mind the growth. Both times, mine did the same thing. I was charged full price for the removal and 3 people came to look at it and said they had never seen it before. I have several friends that get this done and have never had this issue. I just thought I might get some sort of discount since it did not last nearly any time at all. It is an expensive service, but worth it if you get the full time frame of the polish. I was disappointed at the customer service from the manager who came to look at it and just said "well it looks like the polish started to close to the cuticle". I don't feel that was my fault. more

I just love this Salon! Malia does a wonderful job with hair and color and Beth is awesome with lashes. Great atmosphere. They are always so friendly and accomodating as well. I can get hair, lashes and a massage on the same day! Love it!! more

Ashley did a great job. She was very considerate of the limited time I had, and was still able to give me a great haircut & style my hair beautifully! The manager that handled phone call was very sweet and accommodating for my last minute appointment. more

I had a great pedicure w/Crissy. She was incredibly thorough and detail oriented and gave me a great run-down of all of the other services La Dolce offers (since it was my first time). I will definitely be back! more

Great service, on time, everyone was courteous and professional. I love the hot towels on my legs and also wrapped around my head after the shampoo. Make a person feel very pampered. more
