I love your salon and spa and the staff but was disappointed at my last visit. I had the shellac manicure done and within 1 week the polish was raised and pulling off my nails. I went in as soon as I was able to get it removed and to see what the problem was. It felt terrible on my nails and got caught on everything. The reason I have been getting this done is because it's supposed to last 3 weeks ("without chipping") but should last longer if you don't mind the growth. Both times, mine did the same thing. I was charged full price for the removal and 3 people came to look at it and said they had never seen it before. I have several friends that get this done and have never had this issue. I just thought I might get some sort of discount since it did not last nearly any time at all. It is an expensive service, but worth it if you get the full time frame of the polish. I was disappointed at the customer service from the manager who came to look at it and just said "well it looks like the polish started to close to the cuticle". I don't feel that was my fault.
