I've had a service contract with D&M for 18 years now. They are the best. They have come out on the spur of the moment when I've needed them. All of their servicemen are very polite and let me know what's going on. I'm a widow, so the service they provide is outstanding. I recently had a furnace replaced in the garage. They were very efficient and they came when they said. I can't say enough good things about them. more

There has been a gentleman that has been coming here from D & M Heating & Air Conditioning to do the inspections since I moved to the county about 15 years ago. He is very thorough, and he explains things to me so I understand them. It has just been a good experience with them. more

Well worth the maintenance agreement. 11/19/2012

I have a service contract with D & M. They're always here on time and they call before they come also. If I've had any problems, they rectify them immediately. They always do a good job of cleaning the furnace. It's an older model, but the way that they maintain it makes it run like a Swiss watch. more

I can't say enough about D & M Heating & Air Conditioning. 7/24/2012

D & M Heating & Air Conditioning is just outstanding. They have been nothing but good for us. They listen to our problems and get here as soon as possible. They don't leave us hanging. This was our first year with actual heating and air problems. One was the thermostat, which we had to have them fix. Another time, we had a bad heat wave, so we had been running our air conditioning a lot, and our transducer blew up. My wife called them at midnight, and Kurt was going to come right away, but instead we told them to just slot us in first thing in the morning, and they didn't mind. They came over first thing, took care of everything well, and I can't say enough good things about them. They really took care of our problems. They were on time, the guys were great and knew what they were doing, and they treated us well. D & M is available in case of emergency, and they're Johnny-on-the-spot. Jamie Golembiewski more

They're a very good company. I called D & M Heating & Air Conditioning for an estimate, and they came out on time to give prompt service. They owner actually came out for the quote, and it was during a heat wave, so he was able to get our air conditioning installed and keep it quiet as a surprise for my wife. All the work was done while she was at work, and the owner called after the install to follow-up and make sure everything was operating fine and all my questions were answered. I also needed a couple little heating things, which they threw in for free. The technician who was here for the installation looked around and took care of a few maintenance checks. Jason Kay more

Would highly recommend. 6/25/2012

I have had D & M Heating & Air Conditioning come out for years. I had them at my old house, where they put in a new furnace for me, and I have them on a service contract here. I really like them. They are always prompt, here when they say, and really nice nice guys. They don't BS you, and I appreciate that. Recently, I thought I needed a filter cleaning, which is a big expense. The guy looked at and said it was still good for six months. I could have easily just thrown this one away and installed a new one, so I appreciate their honesty. My mother needs a new furnace pretty soon, so I told her to call D & M. They're great. more

We have had no problems with D & H Heating for around 10 years of service. 6/8/2012

We have a maintenance plan with D & M Heating & Air Conditioning. We pay to have the furnace looked at before winter and the air conditioning checked before the summer heat. This time they were checking the air conditioning. Everything looked good, but the serviceman did pinpoint a potential problem. He explained what the problem could do, and what we should look at for a repair. I also asked about the cost factor for replacing the unit with a new one. He gave us that information as well. They are prompt. They called us when it was around the time to come out for the service call and scheduled a convenient time for us. We asked that they call us before coming over, and they did so. We have had no problems with D & M Heating. They have a maintenance plan with their products which works well for us. We pay for the service so that things can be taken care of before we actually need it. We have been using them for a very long time, probably around 10 years. more

Stupendous. 6/6/2012

If I ask a question, D&M Heating & Air Conditioning will take the time and explain how my furnace operates and so on. I have an older furnace, which is why I use D&M. They have the items and parts that regulate and retrofit it so that we can still use that old furnace. A new one would just take forever to pay off. So they're very open with stuff like that. They're always honest with me. I can't speak for anyone else, but I've never had any problems. When I talk to others who need to service or buy a furnace, I always recommend D&M. They have been straight shooters with me, and I feel like they will continue to be straight shooters. more

Very good people 5/25/2012

D & M Heating & Air Conditioning has very good people. However, I feel like a bought a lemon and I'm not happy with the product I purchased. D & M is a great company, and I'm sure not all carriers are lemons. My air conditioning system breaks down every year, but D & M stood by their guarantee. Fortunately, I had a 10-year warranty on my carrier. They come to check out the machine every year. The only problem is that every year the air conditioning needs work. I've developed a great friendship with the guy I worked with, Jeff. more

Wouldn't go anywhere else. 5/24/2012

I'll tell you what, we've been a customer of D & M Heating & Air Conditioning's for years. They put in an air conditioning unit for us years back, when ours broke down. Since then, we've had them come back every six months to take care of our furnace and AC. We pretty much have the same guy, by the name of Jeff, who comes by every time, and he's excellent and very thorough. The job they do is always excellent, and they're professional about everything. I'm totally happy with him and satisfied. Jeff always comes and takes care of us, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for heating and AC service. D & M is the outfit for me. They are excellent. more

Yes, I would recommend D & M Heating & Air Conditioning. I'm perfectly satisfied with them. They're very accommodating, and I don't have any problems with anything they've done. Everything is good. They come in for my Spring and Fall tune-ups and in between if I have any problems. I'm very satisfied. I'm happy with them and would recommend them to anyone. more

Great service. 4/23/2012

Recently, we had D & M Heating & Air Conditioning install central air conditioning in our home to get ready for the summer. They did an excellent job. We went with them because we are familiar with their work. Five years ago they installed the furnace in our home. We are very confident in their skills, knowledge, and their clean up abilities. They are very professional. I like that they clearly explain everything to me before they proceed with anything. more
