We have a maintenance plan with D & M Heating & Air Conditioning. We pay to have the furnace looked at before winter and the air conditioning checked before the summer heat. This time they were checking the air conditioning.
Everything looked good, but the serviceman did pinpoint a potential problem. He explained what the problem could do, and what we should look at for a repair. I also asked about the cost factor for replacing the unit with a new one. He gave us that information as well.
They are prompt. They called us when it was around the time to come out for the service call and scheduled a convenient time for us. We asked that they call us before coming over, and they did so.
We have had no problems with D & M Heating. They have a maintenance plan with their products which works well for us. We pay for the service so that things can be taken care of before we actually need it. We have been using them for a very long time, probably around 10 years.
