D&M is a very good company; they're honest. 8/6/2013

I have recommended D&M Heating & Air Conditioning to a girlfriend and she's started using them too. I have my yearly checkup with them and then sometimes we find stuff before that happens. They've come up on an emergency for me. We've had them for years. They always know what the problem is right away and fix it. They do a good job. Tim always comes and cleans up my stuff. He's nice and doesn't make messes. He does a good job. They're honest and they don't replace parts if they don't need to be. They're knowledgeable too. They found something that was on a recall that they replaced for us. We had never gotten a recall from a factory before. They're good and they're always on time. That's a big thing for people. I hate late people. If they say they're going to be out at certain a time, they're there. Or if they're going to be late, they call. more

Furnace change 7/10/2013

D&M Heating and Air Conditioning is great. Kurt was very nice when he came over and he explained things to me well. The service-people who came over were pleasant and they changed my furnace from an oil to a gas furnace. I would recommend anyone to them for a furnace change! more

Reputable, honest, and have good products. 6/18/2013

I have income property and D& M Heating & Air Conditioning has been servicing my furnaces and central air for about 12 years since my other guy retired. He referred me to them. They are always prompt, deliver good service, and give me recommendations when to upgrade and with what products. I would definitely recommend them. They're probably one of the best in Milwaukee. more

We got a new furnace from them. We've been using it for different settings and haven't had any problems. At first the thermostat we got was too complicated, so they got us a new one and we've been having very good luck with that one. more

I bought this home and in the fall, I had D & M Heating & Air Conditioning come out to check out the furnace. The furnace wasn't even a year old, as the previous owners had just had it installed, so there were no issues there. Then, this spring, I had them come out to look at the air conditioner, which was about thirty-years-old. They explained my options, that I could either repair the air conditioner or have a new one installed. The decision a no-brainer, they installed a new air conditioning system. When they left, everything was nice and clean, you wouldn't have even known they'd been here. I think they're honest and great to work with. more

D & M installed a furnace in my home and they did great! Kurt came out, explained everything to me, was friendly, and courteous. The installers were on time and very nice. I would certainly recommend them, and I already have! more

My son was coming out from Texas with his new baby and two days before my furnace started making some noise. I called D&M and they were out here within 90 minutes. Our old furnace was over 20 years old, but they were able to fix it for the time being and then scheduled to replace it after my son and family went back to Texas. more

This was my first encounter with D & M Heating & Air Conditioning. They came in here and took a look at my furnace. They told me the entire thing needed replacing and came back to do the job. I am very mechanically inclined and can say that they did good work. The customer service was also very good. more

Would definitely recommend D&M Heating 1/23/2013

I recently began having D&M Heating service my units at rental properties. They have been professional, timely, knowledgeable and taken care of the issues. They explained the issues in terms I could understand. They charged a fair price. They took care of a boiler on Christmas Eve, a furnace at 8pm at night and others during the day. I have nothing but good things to say about them. more

D & M Heating & Air Conditioning is great. I've dealt with them for several years, and the experience has always been positive from day one. They're helpful and knowledgeable and they know what they're doing. I like that when they do maintenance, they clean up after themselves. They're just very professional. more

I've been using them for a while now. 1/11/2013

I had them install my central air conditioning, and recently in November I got a new furnace. They had to come back two other times to straighten out the furnace because of a defective part, but that was not their fault. They also do yearly tune ups on my air conditioner and furnace. more

Very satisfied customers of D&M. 1/10/2013

Early last year we put a new heating system in. First of all, we called on Christmas day because our heat had gone out. The on call person came out, he was very good. We've had him come ever since to take care of our furnace. We're very satisfied, I would recommend them to anyone. more

D & M Heating & Air Conditioning was very good. They came on time, and started to get to work right away. They were very neat. In two and a half hours they were done installing a new furnace. I had used them a couple times to repair a twenty year old furnace, and I would use them again. more

We've had them come to our home for probably 30 years. They're wonderful. One time the furnace broke, it was a weekend even, and they came. They've just been really good to us. We would never go anywhere else. more

Responsive and Professional 12/3/2012

We have a newborn in the house, at that time a two-day-old. My wife made a comment about how cool it was in the house. I checked and it was 65 degrees inside the house. Our furnace had stopped working and it was a cold night, so the temperature was rapidly dropping. I took D & M's number from a sticker on the furnace and called them. It was about 9 o'clock in the evening when I called D & M. I spoke to an individual and we agreed on a price for the house call. When the technician arrived, he sympathized with us, having children himself. He identified the problem, which turned out to just be a switch, and he had the problem fixed within the hour. He was extremely professional. The fast service put my wife at ease, so I was pleased. I have had a variety of technicians come to the house and they are always professional, friendly, and explain what they are doing. I feel very comfortable working with them and confident in having them do the job correctly. more

Liked them ever since I first used them 20 years ago. 11/30/2012

I've had D & M Heating & Air for over 20 years and I've liked them ever since the first visit. I first used them to have a furnace put in, and they came recommended to me by my brother-in-law. I now have a maintenance plan for them to come and check the air conditioner and furnace in the spring and fall. They always call me to setup the appointment, and they call the morning of to say that they are coming within the hour. I like that a lot, because then I don't have to sit and wait for them to show up, which is pretty good. I am very satisfied with them, and I have recommended them many times. more
