the one star is only cause that is aslow as u can go. i too have been scammed. same as every one else i paid 698.45 to bernard @ mack finance was told i would get my money in my account in 24 hours well no money yet i too borrowed money and now i have to find a way to pay that back . the other thing is they have all my personal info social security numbers address ect.... i am going to the police and turn everything over to them and also take my laptop and have them try to get ip addres for those people i know i will never get my money bac but maybe these people will be stoppedand not do this to other people also people be careful about the accout u gave the info from to those people if any money goes there they will have access to it .......... alsopam russell at d&k or whoever u are i wish to met u and your buddy bernard @mack finance more

Has anyone been able to reach anyone there? I've been trying to call and the number is blocked. I, too, fell for this scam, and tried finding who the site was registered to. I did come across a name, called someone with that name where the site was registered, and soon enough Christine and Bernard from Mack Insurance were calling me back to try to get me my refund. Unfortunately, I still haven't seen one, and am desperately trying to figure out how to track them down. If anyone else has any leads, please do share. I've tried calling from different phones, and asked to subpoena the records of who has cashed the money pack but no luck. more

I applied and was approved ofr a $5000 loan with D and K Finance. i was originally asked to pay $503 for an insurance policy because of my credit (which i will admit is not in the best standing). i was then told the $ would transfer into my account. Christine Douglas was my consultant, when i was finally able to get through to her i was told the $ was being transfered. IT HAD NOT BEEN. a few days later i recieved a call from Crystal(who was another consultant working with Christine on my loan), i was told they needed another $500. which i paid (why? still trying to figure that out). After a few more days of not hearing from anyone, i was able to get a hold of someone else who told me the lender had backed out but they had found another for me (i just had to pay an additional $479) i was then told i would recieve a full refund for the $1003 which i had paid for the origanal loan. It has now been over two weeks, i have yet to recieve my refund, and have not been able to reach any one for the last week and a half. i advise you to PLEASE not make the same mistake i did. it caused me to go into more debt. more

I received a 10k loan for debt consol. through D & K Finance yesterday. Very difficult process concidering how terrible my credit is. I've done extensive research on D & K Finance. Yes, there are a few compaints against them however overall they are legitimate company and i can confirm that i received a loan from them. I've come to understand that if you have really, really bad credit, lenders in some cases, will request that you have credit insurance. Acclaim Insurance quoted a standard premium of $1'220 which i paid. The bbb alleges that D&K are a loan scam which is false information. A cousin of mine was a victim of a loan scam a couple years ago. She contact the better business bureau to look up the company. The comany was registered with the bbb and had a great record and or reviews with them. My cousin believed what she seen (cause after all it is the bbb) so she sent this company over $5,000. Turns out the company was a fraud. Point is because the bbb is not a government bureau and is just a private organization, by paying a fee every month, they will have the most reputable things to say about the company in question. The bbb was under investigation themselves in previous years before so based on that experience with them, they loose a lot of credibility. I would say 95% of applicants that get approved will have a successful outcome. Many of us have received our loans through D & K Finance. So all these outrageous claims of the company being fraudulent is Bull crap! (lack of a better word). I've also found out that the few people that have not received loans or the ''angry people'', was due in part because there were changes done to there credit reports within the time of negotiations and or their Lenders back out. My self and other clients that received our money, support D & K Finance. The complaints made, I believe, does not reflect the company's overall success reputation. The loans change lives, and they give us a chance when other companys wouldn't. more

Those of you who fell for the line of crap like I did.............. If you call the phone number on the back of the Money Pack card and saved your reciept....Even if your card was used the Money Pack People will refund your money.. How great is that !! more

I would like to respond to ""sunnydazes"". I think I speak for all of us.The reason why the people who have received loans aren't writing back is, we are overjoyed with our results. We just want to post our positive comments to off set the negative comments from other clients who are clearly upset however the notion that D&K Finance is fake is factually not true. If they are fake we would not have received money from them. They're not out of business because they're a legitimate institution. I was in real financial distress and by receiving my loan, it saved me from a nervous break down and I'm totally grateful for D&K and all their help. more

SCAM -- they have been listed as a scam company---they do not exist...call the Union PD in MO--they will confirm no such address and no company there and numerous complaints filled...also, confirmed with MO Attorney General....do your research!!! DO NOT SEND CASH!!!! more

I got my loan in peices too. I Guess its due to the large amount. I got 36k. it took 36 hours more

As a lot of others, I sent my $500 on a money pack card and now they want more money. Everytime I call I get hung up on or put on eternal hold. I know I won't ever see my money again and it sickens me. I never thought I would fall for something like this, but when you're desperate, you do things you wouldn't normally do. more

i was scamed by this company this past friday!!! i was absolutely heartbroken!!! I complied with the company doing everything they asked me to do for the loan. first off these people that work there are morons! they hang up on you, and will NOT return your calls. it is a losing battle! so i wsted all my time doing all ""their"" paperwork.(slow Horrible process) and the agent CHRISTENE says i am approved. so i give her my bank info and she says that in order to get my loan i half to pay a $500 insurance deposit by MACK insurance. so stupid me i call this company and they tell u that u half to buy a ""money Pack"" card with $500 bucks on it. i did all this then Christene tells me the funds will be in my account in 2 days. i drive 4 hours for a car, thinking the funds would be in my account. at noon i check my account NOTHING!!!!!!!! so i cal and cal and cal. they run me around. so i have the dealership call my agent Christene. she then says well i tried to kal u all day (lie) and the insurance company says u need to pay them an extra $500 to get ur loan today. i said what? this company is FRAUD!!! after being in tears and getting scammed and losing $500 which i will NEVER see again, my dad calls the MO police. they told my father DO NOT send this company anything. we have had nothing but problems with them! it was too good to be true. i am getting my lawyer involved with this company. DO NOT use this company!!! please everyone listen!!! This company is crroks and the people that work for them too! i am devastated and heartbroken by what they did to me, and i dont want anyone to go through what i went throught with these low-lifes.
