i was scamed by this company this past friday!!! i was absolutely heartbroken!!! I complied with the company doing everything they asked me to do for the loan. first off these people that work there are morons! they hang up on you, and will NOT return your calls. it is a losing battle! so i wsted all my time doing all ""their"" paperwork.(slow Horrible process) and the agent CHRISTENE says i am approved. so i give her my bank info and she says that in order to get my loan i half to pay a $500 insurance deposit by MACK insurance. so stupid me i call this company and they tell u that u half to buy a ""money Pack"" card with $500 bucks on it. i did all this then Christene tells me the funds will be in my account in 2 days. i drive 4 hours for a car, thinking the funds would be in my account. at noon i check my account NOTHING!!!!!!!! so i cal and cal and cal. they run me around. so i have the dealership call my agent Christene. she then says well i tried to kal u all day (lie) and the insurance company says u need to pay them an extra $500 to get ur loan today. i said what? this company is FRAUD!!! after being in tears and getting scammed and losing $500 which i will NEVER see again, my dad calls the MO police. they told my father DO NOT send this company anything. we have had nothing but problems with them! it was too good to be true. i am getting my lawyer involved with this company. DO NOT use this company!!! please everyone listen!!! This company is crroks and the people that work for them too! i am devastated and heartbroken by what they did to me, and i dont want anyone to go through what i went throught with these low-lifes. These people are crooks and scum!!!!
