Amazing new vinyl floor 9/15/2016

I had the guys over at D & D Floor Covering install my new vinyl flooring and I have to say that they did an incredible job. My new floor looks so great and I am honestly even happier with it than I thought it would be. I like that these guys had a wide selection of choices and that I was able to find this perfect floor. I could not be happier and definitely will be recommending this place to my friends when they are looking for a new floor. more

Really has brightened up my house 9/12/2016

I have to say that the people over at D & D Floor Covering are very nice and they do everything they can to help you out. While the job did take about several weeks to complete, that was not really their fault because extraneous circumstances caused it to take longer. They did a pretty good job and the floor does look really good. I am happy because it has really brightened up my house which is very nice. I would definitely recommend these guys because they are good people who do good work. more

Great service and great product 8/25/2016

I love my vinyl flooring now because it's really pretty and easy to care for. I had some ceramic tile flooring I didn't like and didn't want to go through the trouble of removing, so a representative from D & D Floor Covering found a way. They coated that tile with some type of liquid set overnight, and then came in with a quick-drying coat and was able to lay vinyl tiling over that. What that did was make a smooth surface to lay the vinyl tile on. I will definitely use them again. more

Very happy with my flooring! 8/9/2016

I always have time for D & D Floor Covering. The quality of the products they sell is very high and the installers they have were very professional over the course of the job. The installers were also certified installers which we found out was needed to avail of the warranty on the wood. My only issue, which was a minor one, was the one brand of wood they sell has 42 bad reviews out of a total of 50 reviews online. I almost decided to buy this brand myself only for I searched for it online. If a customer did not do the same as me and check online they would buy that poor quality product, which I don't think D & D were aware of. Their pricing was fair I thought and was similar to those of their competitors in the area. I will always chose to smaller merchant over the larger corporate entity for the higher quality workmanship they provide. more

They guarantee their work. 8/1/2016

We have used the services of the people over at D & D Floor Covering a couple of times in a couple of houses now and we keep going back because they are just great. They have done a wide variety of jobs for us, and each time we are completely satisfied with their work. What I think sets them apart from other companies is that they guarantee their work. If there is something that does not meet your standards, they will come back and fix it until you are completely satisfied. We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for new tiling or flooring. more

Excellent Service - Wonderful Staff! 7/28/2016

D & D Floor Covering are located in my community and that's how I know about them. They've done several jobs for us. I've had wooden floors installed for at least 3 houses, window coverings and next will be tile installation for my home porch. Prices are good. The owner Wendy is excellent in addition their staff whom are wonderful. Their technicians are friendly and clean up well behind themselves. I am very pleased with the results and service from D & D Floor Covering. more

Excellent customer service. 3/23/2016

D & D Floor Covering took such great care of my mother and my mom is in her 70's and my dad recently passed away, and we live further away and they did an exquisite job taking care of the flooring we needed. I trusted them so much so that I ordered the carpet without being there and had no problems at all letting them do it. My mom said they took such good care of her and they were just amazing. Hands down I would recommend them. The gentlemen who laid the linoleum was great, he worked through some interesting dynamics and did a stellar job. I would rave about them if they were in my town I would refer them to everyone. I can't express enough how it made me comfortable to know my mom was safe and comfortable with them in the house she was just thrilled with the results. The work and the craftsmanship was great, I even had to change the budget and they worked with us and found just a great carpet that my mother was also thrilled with. They were sensitive to the budget of the family and they went above and beyond. more

They are willing to help 3/18/2016

I wouldn't recommend anyone else but D & D Floor Covering. They do a fast, quality job--and I trust them in my house. I had a staircase recovered in a different carpet, and plantation shutters on the living room window installed. I'm redecorating/remodeling, and they are helping me select carpeting and a new slate finish for the fireplace--along with counter tops, wood flooring and area rugs. Wendy, who is assisting me with product selection, is really hands-on and came out to see everything. They are willing to help, and they are willing to work with your budget and give recommendations according to lifestyles. more

Good installation, fair price 8/27/2015

D & D Floor Covering removed carpet and installed vinyl flooring in my home. The staff was great. The installation technicians worked efficiently and cleaned up when they were finished. The price was okay for the service. You get what you pay for, and they came through. The floor looks better than we ever expected. I recommend D & D Floor Covering for good service and a fair price. more

Very friendly and nice, and they did try, but... 8/26/2015

I paid over $1,000 for D & D Floor Covering to install a new window in my living room, and it does not fit at all. They've installed other windows for me before this, which turned out fine, but this one just doesn't fit, and the trim is coming off. This is also the second thing they've tried for this window. I know if I call them back down here, they'll have to order a whole new set. more

We bought carpet from D & D Floor Covering. The showroom had a good selection and the staff were very helpful. The price was competitive and very fair. After we purchased the carpet, they hired another service to install the carpet for us. I recommend D & D Floor Covering for helpful staff and fair prices. more

We're building a house, and D & D Floor Covering is doing all of the floors. They've already installed the hardwood and tile, and will be doing the carpet as well. They're easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They've assisted us with whatever we need them to do. more

An excellent experience. 5/21/2015

D & D Floor Covering put in wood floors throughout the upstairs of our home. Our home is 2900 sq. feet and they took out all the carpeting upstairs and installed the wood. I was impressed with their installation people and the quality of the flooring. The crew was very efficient. They did great and cleaned up after themselves when they left. It took us years to decide to do this and I am pleased with the results, the floors look very good. I would do it again! more

This was my first time using D&D Floor Coverings and I would definitely use them again! The salesperson was extremely helpful and came up with all sorts of ideas and was really pleasant to work with. Then the people who came to do the actual work were great! They were clean and careful with the rest of my house, I felt comfortable having them in my home. more

This was the first time I worked with D & D Floor Covering. They were really helpful in picking out the most economical flooring for what I needed. They installed flooring in the living room, kitchen, dining, and bathroom. Their service was prompt, they arrived on time, and the estimate was spot on. The installation took one day, and there were no added charges. I would recommend them. more
