My experience in working with D & D Floor Covering has been a positive one. They are very professional and kind in their demeanor, courteous and prompt in their actual service and I am a highly satisfied customer. They don't try to press you on sales, offer a wide variety of options as far as different flooring packages, and make you feel welcome and appreciated when working with them. I highly recommend them to anybody else in the area in need of a flooring service and will continue to use these guys going forward in the future. Very satisfied customer! 3/31/2014

I used D & D Floor Coverings for the first time, and they did a good job. I got window blinds from them, and they were very good about calling me back. They worked efficiently, and they came when they said they would. The blinds look really nice! more

All around terrific business 3/28/2014

I've used D & D Floor Covering for more than 30 years now and I can't say enough good things about them. Donny and Wendy are just wonderful to work with. They've installed carpet, hardwood flooring, a new backsplash, and tile floor for my kitchen. They're always very helpful and give me great tips about which products I should go with. They're professional, friendly, and courteous. I'd highly recommend them. I like that the service is reliable and they always arrive promptly. I've never had a problem scheduling with them and I'm satisfied with the prices. They're conveniently located to me and I like to support their local business. Their service is top notch! more

Can't complain, they did a great job 3/27/2014

In my experience with D & D Floor Covering's, they provided me with a very professional and timely service that left me highly satisfied with the outcome. It was done in a efficient and effective manner, they did everything they said they would do within the time frame we initially set, and left me with no concerns or questions regarding their work. I would highly recommend them to anybody else in the state considering getting their floors re-surfaced or replaced. more

D & D Floor Covering's customer service is really good. I've gotten carpeting and tile from them and when an issue did come up they were right on the spot to get it fixed. They have an awesome inventory. Anything you want, they have it. more

Go out of their way to help with color swatches, materials, etc 2/13/2013

I am a Realtor and I refer D&D Floor Covering to everyone. We have used them for woodwork, carpet, tile, showers, everything. Wendy is great at helping us with colors and she really goes the extra mile to give me extra service. She helps me pick-out materials and color swatches that will work well together and puts paint and things together for me. They are a very dependable company I have been with for over 6 years. They have fixed any mistakes made by our subs and they always pay out of pocket if there is any little mistake on the job. Great company. more

Really receptive and helpful. 8/9/2012

I found D&D Floor Covering were always really receptive to my needs and what I want. They were helpful in guiding me to the flooring and window coverings I was looking for. It was real good service in that respect. I worked with Wendy, and she was always helpful. She had good guidance, good ideas, and she seemed to sense what I wanted and put that into action. more

Amazing customer service. They really listen to what you want. 8/7/2012

I was looking at three different places for carpet and i told each place the same thing. Wendy and Donnie at D & D Floor Covering went above and beyond, far more than anyone else. I felt like they really listened to what I was looking for. Instead of trying to sell me something right then and there like the other stores tried to do, Wendy and Donnie told me to come back later in the week. They said, "We have a shipment of new carpets coming in then and it sounds like we will have exactly what you want then." So I went back later and sure enough, it was exactly what I wanted. more

Very happy. 7/12/2012

D & D Floor Covering came in and started with a tear-out. They would always clean after themselves each day so that there was no dust throughout the house. They sent an extremely professional and very talented guy to do our tile, and everything came out perfectly. I felt very safe with them in my house. They always cleaned up and made me feel very comfortable. We were just very happy with the job they did. more

Very Helpful 10/18/2005

Stopped by the store late on a Friday afternoon just for information and was greeted by the nicest lady that was a wealth of knowledge and assistance even when she discovered I was inquiring about an out of town residence. She explained several different options I might consider and gave me a general price range of each. more
