I can't even begin to tell how many mistakes have been made by this company and it has only been one month. Since they just decided to pick up my cans for no reason and without out warning, I am calling Waste Management and begging them to come back right now. Don't use this company!! Worst service ever!! more

Cycle Works is a great company!! The customer service is excellent and the guys on the trucks are wonderful also. Anytime I need something all I have to do is call, not to mention I NEVER have trouble getting through on the phones. If my pickup gets missed they send someone out right away. They are prompt and I am glad I made the switch. They have a great recycling program, and they actually take it to a place to recycle it. And its free too. They are affordable and local and thats a company we should ALL support. So think about that when you are giving your money away to a corporate top dog or a company thats not even located in this state(ahem.american) The customers are the ones who really make a company shine. As long as I pay my bill and put my trash out on time. I never have a problem. Friendly faces and top of the line customer servicewho could complain about that? more

WORST service/ company EVER and plenty of broken promises!!! I have to call almost every week to let this company know that they have forgotten to pick up our trash. The funny thing is... the truck comes down the main drag in our n.hood, but doesn't bother to turn down any off the side streets....SO LAZY!!! Every time I call I get the whole, ""we are so sorry, we have a new crew or route changes"". Really?? Every week? Today I was told the same sob story and that she would send someone out, guess what NO one came. SHOCKER!!! This has been going on since December and we have tried to give them 2nd chance after chance after chance. With the economy the way it is... this company doesn't deserve to be in business due to the type of service they give. We are done!!! more

Bad...just bad. I have called this 5/31/2012

Bad...just bad. I have called this company just about every week due to them throwing garbage on the ground and the man just looks at it and leaves. Not only that but they also throw the recycle bins down in the street for me to come home to find them three yards down where cars have hit them. The complaint department is very nice and concerned with what happens but she always says, ""I'll call you back next week to make sure everything went okay"". Guess what? She never calls back and I am sick to death of garbage being thrown up and down my street. I honestly believe that the reviews below are from their company employees because they have the worst service ever. I can not even give them a ""One""! Of course I had to check a star to post this but believe me they are not even worth that. We take pride in our neighborhood and it is a shame that this company has no regard for the peopele who pay them. more

They are always one step ahead of the game 5/7/2012

Cycle Works staff is amazing!! They are always one step ahead of the game. We recently had a terrible snow storm and Cycle Works was amazing at giving us updates as to when our pick up was going to occur!! I have a terrible tacky neighbor that always seems to put out an entire closet full of stuff and never has it been left behind. I'm sure my neighbor appreciates it but not as much as me!! I hate having to look at that mess. The office staff is always so friendly to speak with. They truley act as if you are the one and only customer!! Thanks For All You Do Cycle Works!!! more

Great customer service 7/5/2011

Great customer service. I have had their service for a long time. The drivers are so professional. My son loves watching their truck come down the street. Everytime he is out their the driver stops and shows him how it works more
