WORST service/ company EVER and plenty of broken promises!!! I have to call almost every week to let this company know that they have forgotten to pick up our trash. The funny thing is... the truck comes down the main drag in our n.hood, but doesn't bother to turn down any off the side streets....SO LAZY!!! Every time I call I get the whole, ""we are so sorry, we have a new crew or route changes"". Really?? Every week? Today I was told the same sob story and that she would send someone out, guess what NO one came. SHOCKER!!! This has been going on since December and we have tried to give them 2nd chance after chance after chance. With the economy the way it is... this company doesn't deserve to be in business due to the type of service they give. We are done!!!
