Was referred to this store by my in-laws who have been customers for years. Drove all the way out from Orange County for a good deal on 2 phones and 2 new lines. They didn't have the phone I wanted and agreed to mail it to me so I wouldn't have to drive another 80 miles to pick it up. Low and behold, it's almost 3 weeks later and still no phone. "It got lost in the mail". Not my problem!!! I paid an activiation fee for a phone I do not have. My cell phone is my business phone and I have been losing business because of the lack of call quality I have with my old phone and the new SIM card. Trying to call them is another story. The phone just rings and when you finally get someone and they say they'll call you back? Don't believe them because they never do.
It's very disappointing to see that this place is still in business.
