Robert and Hector had to come back a second time since the kitchen cabinets had not been properly leveled but the end product was exceptional. These guys were so easy to work with and helpful with recommendations along the way. I would go out of my way for these technicains for any future stone work. more

Juan and Luis did a fantastic job of installing our quartz counters in the kitchen and the granite counters in the bathrooms. They were very professional and were very neat with their work. Jenna was the first person to help me with picking out my granite. She was very professional and knowledgeable about her job. My quartz counter was installed this morning and the two men who did the installation worked quickly, efficiently and neatly. They consulted me several times during the process to request my preferences and had me inspect the finished product before leaving to make sure my expectations were met. more

Our under-the-counter sink needed to be remounted, and Juan and Josh could not have been friendlier and more efficient. I have been attempting to get a price on granite for over a week. I have called left message without any response. I finally was able to get in touch with Alex after many phone call attempting to get a price on granite from a whole sale company. Not until the whole sale company contacted him did I ever actually speak to him, by the time that happened the piece of granite that I was hoping for my kitchen was sold. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If their customer service is this bad prior to purchase what will it be after. more

Joy and his assistant, Billy, arrived promptly, as scheduled, and were totally professional and efficient in their work. They were attentive to details and careful not to cause any damage in moving the granite pieces through the house, which had some restrictive passage. The largest piece weighed at least 500 pounds and required skill, strength, and patience to move without incident. Both men were very cooperative in accommodating my wishes and concerns. They fully explained the procedure and what they needed to do. After the granite pieces were in place they cleaned everything and made sure that I was totally satisfied how everything was done. Their work was 1st class and the final product is beautiful. My experience with Cutting Edge Granite has been very positive from the initial sale to the final installation. It is very obvious that every employee has been trained to highly value customer relations and every effort is made to achieve total customer satisfaction. Granite is not cheap but I feel that I got a bargain for my money. As one employee stated to me in a casual conversation, "We consider it an art form". You do, in fact produce art and the excellent service and care that comes with it is wonderful. Every team member that I have met from sales, scheduling, templating, layout, programming, installing, and even warehouse workers freely offering assistance, have been friendly, helpful, and totally professional in working with me. It has been a very nice experience and you can be sure that I will be a good advertiser for your company. more

Juan and Rene installed my quartz kitchen countertops today and I couldn't be more pleased! After giving me a 4 hr window the day before, Juan called me 30 min before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Both him and Rene were extremely courteous, quick and thorough. They explained what they were doing and were overall great to work with. I would highly recommend them to install any countertops and hope to use them in the future. They even did a great job cleaning up (which is helpful as I have a crawling 9 month old!). Thanks guys for my beautiful kitchen! more

These two young men were very professional. The countertop was installed beautifully--with attention to detail. Our kitchen is very small but the work was done as if it were a huge gourmet kitchen. They cleaned up their "mess" after completing the job. They were also very courteous. Would definitely use them again. more
