Joy and his assistant, Billy, arrived promptly, as scheduled, and were totally professional and efficient in their work. They were attentive to details and careful not to cause any damage in moving the granite pieces through the house, which had some restrictive passage. The largest piece weighed at least 500 pounds and required skill, strength, and patience to move without incident. Both men were very cooperative in accommodating my wishes and concerns. They fully explained the procedure and what they needed to do. After the granite pieces were in place they cleaned everything and made sure that I was totally satisfied how everything was done. Their work was 1st class and the final product is beautiful.
My experience with Cutting Edge Granite has been very positive from the initial sale to the final installation. It is very obvious that every employee has been trained to highly value customer relations and every effort is made to achieve total customer satisfaction. Granite is not cheap but I feel that I got a bargain for my money. As one employee stated to me in a casual conversation, "We consider it an art form". You do, in fact produce art and the excellent service and care that comes with it is wonderful. Every team member that I have met from sales, scheduling, templating, layout, programming, installing, and even warehouse workers freely offering assistance, have been friendly, helpful, and totally professional in working with me. It has been a very nice experience and you can be sure that I will be a good advertiser for your company.
