Both men were knowledgeable and professional. They did a very neat job and left the neat and clean.

The installers where great, the product was great. Ordered same stone for to bathrooms. When it came they where not even close. They gave me an install time and made me wait for 6...

Spend a lot of money and in return got horrible customer service and quality. It has been about a 2.5 month issue. They finally installed the granite and didn't tell us about a chip that was in the back splash and then tried to hide it with silicone. The window sill was not level. They were late multiple times. It took them 3 weeks to come out after we made a complaint and was 1.5 hours late and did not call.\r \r I would make sure you don't give them your 2nd payment until you look at it with a fine tooth comb and then look at it again and then have someone else look at it. \r \r We are not going to buy anything from them again, lesson learned! more

Their installers are terrible. Sent some guys over who cut the holes wrong for the faucets so that they were off-center. Our plumber had to spend several extra hours trying to fix that mistake and we asked Cutting Edge for a reimbursement of his time and they have haven't responded. Their template guy ignored our request to extend the granite back splash behind the refrigerator so that the installers had to figure something out and did a crummy job of it too. Stay away from Cutting Edge granite. They are 3rd rate. more

A Sixteen Week Nightmare and still not over. Installation started on 10/22/12. Showed up late and without half the countertops. It took 4 installation trips everytime LATE before they finally showed up with everything. The first installers cut holes in the walls to try to make one piece fit. Needlesss to say the holes are still in the walls. The countertops were covered with what looked like red crayon then filled with composite, chips and crevices, sloppy workmanship and no customer service. The person answering the phone always polite but the service people will not call back. Their have been numerous issues along the way. They still have not completed the work. Try any place for granite except this one. more

A two week nightmare 7/30/2011

Shysters!! Good faith estimate turned into 1/3 rd markup in the end..no respect for the customer. installers had to come back three times, wrong hole cut for the sink that THEY provided, then they showed up with wrong color sink. sloppy install job that was not level and caulk job looked like first grader. bathroom torn up for 1 week. after this they wanted to tack on $259 for backsplash which was originally included in the $660 estimate...i could go on and on. save yourselves the aggravation....there's gotta be better places. more
