Price of work suggested was far out of line with what other shops had suggested. I used to trust you guys, very disappointing.

I have been a customer for several years. Their work has always held up, and the one time that I had the same problem, they honored their warranty and didn't charge me anything to repair the vehicle. On this trip I had gone to another shop because I had moved. They quoted me over $1700, I took it to Cutshaw and they fixed the problem and did an oil change for $200. more

Good Customer Service 7/7/2014

I don't usually go to this place but had to when my regular mechanic couldn't fit me in. They got me in quickly and fixed the problem in the short term but it is happening again (A/C freon leak). They were very responsive to my calls, etc. but mechanically they provided a temp. fix. more

Domingo and the team are always friendly and honest. Had my car back within a day despite the flooding of state inspections at the first of the month. If you live in the neighborhood or even if you don't this is THE PLACE to take your car. more

Honestly the best experience I have had with a auto repair shop!! The manager is the best..he is friendly and most importantly honest .. I tried to get him to do extra work that he could charge me for he told me to check on my warranty first it might be covered and sure enough he was right and he saved me some money..my new shop! more

Domingo and Glenn continue to impress me with their friendly and professional demeanors. This is the only place I'd take my Toyota. The crew is wonderful, trustworthy, and always clear and concise on what they're doing. After Richmond ford lied to me ( no place has 10 state inspections on the 7th at 6pm) because they did not want to do motorcycle inspections for me and my friend I discovered this place. The mechanics are top quality and friendly. The owner is very nice and polite. I will be recommending them to friends and family more

Made an appt for an inspection and oil change for 7:30 am. Was promptly taken care of. My only criticism is that several people were told to be there at the same time. I am glad I was the first to get there. more
