Not only was my car taken care of, but the service manager Mr. Rodriguez, had me laughing every step of the way. He was very sweet in what could have been an unpleasant situation. The service was also very speedy and they didn't price gouge me like other places attempted to. They have my business from now on. more

Great Neighborhood Auto Service 9/28/2014

Always have a good experience here. They are fair, complete and give good communication with needed repairs. I never feel like I have been taken or question their recommendations for work that needs to be done. They have never made unnecessary repairs. The shop is very clean and professional. A rare gem these days to find a local repair shop that you can feel the integrity. more

I've been coming here for the last year or two and each time I am satisfied. They do the work we discuss and if they see something while they are there, they tell me about. No extra charges. And they usually worke in without an appointment for smaller stuff. That's very convenient! more

Honest business 8/12/2014

I took my car to another shop, they charged $400 and didn't fix the problem, even breaking the part they installed and wanting to charge me again for it. I took it to Cutshaw, they fixed it quick, and right, they even charged me less than the original place wanted. more

Same day appt, good service 7/28/2014

Able to get me in for oil change and inspection same day, finished within 2 hrs. Some confusion at pick-up but they were apologetic and didn't end up charging me for some small parts. Will be going back in the future. more

Did a great job at last minute 7/25/2014

They do a great job. Didn't have an appointment, my started had died. They finished it by the end of that day (a Saturday). They do a lot of my work. Trustworthy. more
