It allows easy access to your customers, enabling you to make contact and get honest feedback from their experiences with your business. It enables you to revies the review prior to publishing, so if there is an issue, you can work with your client towards a resolution........We love that we get alerts when we have a new review, so we can keep on top of our www reputation..Thank you Customer Lobby!

Although we do not allow businesses to edit or revise a review prior to publishing, we do enable businesses to get in touch with reviewers before the review is published to correct any problems. At that point, the reviewer can withdrawal their review or simply write a new one.
