The technician they sent out was amazing. He has been doing this work for over 30 years, and his knowledge was amazing. In addition to that his personality was a plus. He answered all of our questions, and helped us to reprogram our system that I think was beyond what was required. I would recommend this provider to any of my friends. This TV was bought from HHGregg, with a 5 year extended warranty. The people at HHGregg were @ss^holes, but I went to their Warranty provider , who put me in contact with Custom Electronics. Although the parts needed were backordered by Sharp for two months, my contact at Custom kept me informed all along the way. Jennifer is GREAT! more

$38 estimate for Broken Camera Door 3/22/2012

Had a broken battery door on a Nikon L100. Was told it would cost more $183 to fix - almost as much as the price of the camera. For this estimate, I was charged $38.00. Next time I'll ask more questions or go to a place with free estimates. more

Nicely Surprised! 3/31/2011

Absolutely fabulous! The repairman came and diagnosed why my TV was not working and then after questioning me, told me that I had an extended warranty. He then stayed while I called the warranty service and answered their questions and helped me file the claim! As a result I am getting a new TV, free, due to a defect covered under warranty. The serviceman was kind, courteous, and very helpful. more

I took our TV to them after a bad experience at Dilday TV, what a difference! I was given a repair cost very quickly and it was repaired in a week for the exact amount they told me.\r \r When I pulled up their guys unloaded my set and answered my questions, what great service!\r \r Thank you for the nice experience, I'll be sure to tell my friends. more

Pleased with results. 12/31/2010

On 12/30/10 one of your repairmen, Joseph, came to our home to repair the\r \r motherboard on our Mitsubitshi TV. We had purchased it in July from Home Shopping Network and it was still\r \r under warranty.  In the past two weeks, we had been experiencing several\r \r times (a) the picture would be appearing, but no sound OR (b) the sound\r \r was on - but NO PICTURE.  Most frustrating.  And this was an expensive TV\r \r set.  \r \r Joseph was most kind and had a nice sense of humor.  We are very pleased\r \r with the new results.  Thank you again for repairing our TV. more

Totally outstanding service. Extremely thorough! Makes sure the customer is happy. Prices are more than reasonable. Customer Service is top-notch. Everyone that I spoke with was so friendly and polite. They made every attempt to explain what was wrong with the TV and what they did to repair it. BEST TV SERVICE EVER!! 11/1/2010

\r I had a kitchen fire that caused my 73"" DLP Mitsubishi to not power up. I did a google search for repair shops in Bartlett area, and was impressed by the 4.5 stars, as opposed to other area repair services. My call was placed, and within moments I was called back and within 2 hours had the owner come in and do an in home diagnostic. I was extrememly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, as well as his pleasant personality and prompt diagnosis and overall service. The exceptional service he provided restored my faith in repairmen, and I will always recommend his service to anyone in the future. \r Edit - Delete more

Fantastic! My NAD receiver is better than ever! 8/12/2010

I own a high-end ($800) NAD receiver that was making a buzzing-sound for about 30-minutes upon start-up. Custom repaired this pretty quickly (with about 1 week). When we took the receiver home and connected it, it was making a static-like sound on all the speakers. We took the receiver back, and Custom repaired this at no additional cost in addition to upgrading some firmware on the receiver. The receiver is now working better than ever and I am glad we got this repaired instead of just buying a new model. I'm very satisifed! more

I had several problems with my Pioneer receiver and all were repaired as promised. People at counter are very nice and listen to your concerns. Pros: Listened to my concerns - Polite - Fair Price Cons: None that I can think of more

These people came to my home to pick up my broken TV. The two men were very nice and professional, I was impressed with how they pampered my TV when loading it on the truck. \r I've used other repair services prior to this time but none even came close to the refreshing experience of good customer service shown by these guys.\r \r L. You get the feeling these places don't like the fact bulbs are only $100 now on ebay so the days of the $300+ replacement are nearing to an end. Pros: ???
