I own a high-end ($800) NAD receiver that was making a buzzing-sound for about 30-minutes upon start-up. Custom repaired this pretty quickly (with about 1 week). When we took the receiver home and connected it, it was making a static-like sound on all the speakers. We took the receiver back, and Custom repaired this at no additional cost in addition to upgrading some firmware on the receiver. The receiver is now working better than ever and I am glad we got this repaired instead of just buying a new model. I'm very satisifed!
