I love your process and think my carpet looks great but, there is a spot on my steps and a few on my area rug that didn't go away. Is there a way to get rid of them? They did lighten, just didn't disappear. Couldn't tell that was the case when the carpet was wet. I have recommended Crystal Crystal and will call again for myself in the future! more

The service was excellent, the only thing I find disappointing is the free cleaning of Kids rooms have to be on the same level as the other carpet one is getting cleaned. Which means basically that only works if you live in a ranch home or are getting a master bedroom cleaned. I had a tan carpet in my living room and dining room cleaned. It wasn't heavily soiled so I have no idea what this product does on very soiled carpet. Mine seemed clean and fresh. I liked the citrus smell. There was very little moisture which is always good because when carpets in the past have been cleaned with a lot of moisture it dries and all the dirt from the pad comes right back up to the surface.
