housekeeping is wonderful 9/23/2010

Albain in housekeeping is wonderful! She made my daughter an "elephant" from towels everyday and our bed was so neat and tight you could have bounced a dime on it! My daughter wrote her a Thank You note one morning and when we returned, she had a response note from Alba. That made her day! more

This was a very pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza, especially when considering the quality of the staff. Riana Kupihea was very cordial and helpful during check-in and Danielle Weber assistance in finding a dining option that night was exceptional. The server at the next morning's breakfast, Eva, at the hotels restaurant, as well as the food quality was truly notable. Thanks for making a Platinum member's stay a pleasant experience. more

Over The Top 9/3/2010

I like so many things about this hotel, the pool, laundry, staff. The walk is a little long BUT Booking a loud muffle roaring T car group while booking a group for business meetings that are very demanding was a nightmare for me. I had to call to your kind staff over, and over then security, then ear plugs and went on through the night. It was over the top. more
