I was able to drive to the airport in fresh clothes 2/9/2011

I asked for a late check out.  I explained I was working outdoors all day and before I went to the airport I wanted to shower.  The staff allowed me to check out at 3pm, which was fantastic.  I was able to drive to the airport in fresh clothes and withouth the track smell. For this reason alone, if I am in the area of Colorado Springs, I will stay here. more

Clean and comfortable 1/10/2011

The hotel facilities were perfect for a conference of 150+ - all rooms were arranged as needed - clean, comfortable temperature. Staff (at ALL levels) were 100% professional & there to be of service at all times. From the initial planning with the hotel to closing the account & paying the bill, everything went so smoothyly. Wonderful! 12/28/2010

I recently held a Scrapbooking retreat at the Crowne Plaza and it was a fantastic weekend. The rooms were wonderful with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and beautiful bedding. The conference room we were assigned was set up and ready upon our arrival. Anything we asked for was provided in a timely manner and we were always greeted with a smile. Our meals were served on time and the food was delicious. The wait staff was very pleasant. We had a great weekend and we will plan to stay at the Crowne Plaza again. more

Unbeatable 12/9/2010

I had to go to Colorado Springs unexpectedly for business. Very happy with the extremely helpful staff, extra clean rooms , indoor pool very clean. An older property a but couldn’t get over how clean it was!!!!! I will be back. more

Great Hotel Service 12/7/2010

Not in walking distances to anything special, but short drive to the main park which had the Hot Air Balloon Festival. Hotel service was great, a few neighbors making lots of noise; we were given another room on the other side of the hotel no questions asked. Value was great. Didn't get a chance to use pool/spa area, but looked clean and quiet. Would stay here again. more

Great place to stay 12/3/2010

This hotel is the best place to stay in Colorado Springs. Great location to all things in the city that you'd want to see and do. Most importantly it is right off of the I-25 fwy. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Service gets 4-stars. Dining, mall, movies... all less than a 1/4 mile away! more

Fantastic 12/1/2010

Although our stay here was short, we had a wonderful experience at the Crown Plaza Hotel. It's very conveniently located off I-25. Every single person we met was friendly and professional, from the front desk clerk to the restaurant chef who came out to greet us personally. The Bourbon Peach Pie was fantastic, by the way. Everything was clean and the outdoor landscaping was beautiful. We'd definitely come here again. more

We found the Crowne Plaza to an excellent hotel. The room was spacious, the bed excellent and the staff quite helpful. it was conveniently located right off the interstate. if we return to Colorado Springs, we will make it a point to stay at the Crowne Plaza. I rate it 5 stars! more

Outstanding 11/19/2010

I stayed a weekend at Crown Plaza Hotel. I must say that it was an absolute joy. The room was clean. The king size bed was like I was staying at a five star resort. The staff was very helpful when I was looking for a place to get a quick pedicure. I was given a map and a great suggestion on which manicurist to see. I am looking forward to another stay at this hotel. more

Your property and your staff rock! From the moment I arrived for the training session through the time I left yesterday, every single employee I encountered went out of his or her way to greet and assist me. As a presenter, I felt at ease immediately because Efrain was amazing! He was right there when I arrived, made sure I had everything I needed, and continued to check in with me throughout the event. The pre-program continental breakfast was like none I have ever seen. It was beautiful! Thank you for all you and your staff did to make this a wonderful event. more

Magnificent Hotel 11/16/2010

Nice lobby, nice bar lounge, nice restaurant, convenient snack store. Rooms were nice with flat screen televisions. Hotel has indoor and outdoor pool, great fitness area. Major meeting space for conferences more
