Beth went above and beyond. Way beyond what I would expect from a hotel staff employee. When our daughter was lost in the hotel, Beth got down to my daughter's level, bought her a lovely stuffed animal, and made sure our girl was safe / comforted. I couldn't believe how wonderful everyone was especially Beth. Thank you!! more

We highly recommend the facility for anyone 3/3/2011

We recently hosted a military veterans reunion at the Crowne Plaza in Colorado Springs. The accommodations were outstanding and the staff was a delight to work with. Our group was made to feel right at home with excellent personal rooms and terrific meeting space. The service was great; the staff were outstanding; and the food was memorable. We highly recommend the facility for anyone looking to bring a group to Colorado Springs. more

I recently held a Scrapbooking retreat at the Crowne Plaza and it was a fantastic weekend. The rooms were wonderful with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and beautiful bedding. The conference room we were assigned was set up and ready upon our arrival. Anything we asked for was provided in a timely manner and we were always greeted with a smile. Our meals were served on time and the food was delicious. The wait staff was very pleasant. We had a great weekend and we will plan to stay at the Crowne Plaza again. more

This is the third time I've stayed at this specific hotel (also when it was the Sheraton). The rooms are nice and the service was fine. The location is close to some restaurants but not really within walking distance. I know that they provide a shuttle for those in need (I had a rental car). Everything was clean and it seemed as though they put a lot of pride in their service. I was there for a conference (as in previous stays) and the hotel did a great job of taking care of that. more
